Reuters - Oil and gas producer Anadarko Petroleum Corp. said on Friday it agreed to acquire Kerr-McGee Corp. and Western Gas Resources Inc. in separate cash deals totaling $21.1 billion to expand in the fast-growing Gulf of Mexico and the Rocky Mountains regions.
